Most users are able to setup the filter boxes themselves. If onsite assistance is required, we can refer you to a local computer support company. The steps are a combination of normal Caylix setup (for the filter and email) plus connecting the router.

Your Caylix Welcome Sheet should have the steps required to configure the proxy server in your internet browser.
