To signup with Caylix, please print the signup form, fill it out, and then fax or email it back to us. Contact us if you have any questions. If you have problems printing, we can also fax or mail the signup form to you. All the forms are in PDF format, so you may need to install the free Adobe Reader first.

If you don't have a fax machine but do have a scanner and email, you can also just scan & email it to us. Chilliwack customers are welcome to stop by our office!

In the pricelist you can find the full details of what each package includes (for example, how many email addresses or dialup hours), prices for each package, and also prices for additional items such as extra dialup hours, email addresses, modems, etc.
