To signup with Caylix, please print the signup form, fill it out, and then fax it back to us. Contact us if you have any questions. If you have problems printing, we can also fax or mail the signup form to you. All the files below are in PDF format, so you may need to install the free Adobe Reader first.

If you don't have a fax machine but do have a scanner and email, you can also just scan & email it to us. Chilliwack customers are welcome to stop by our office!

In the pricelist you can find the full details of what each package includes (for example, how many email addresses or dialup hours), prices for each package, and also prices for additional items such as extra dialup hours, email addresses, modems, etc.

We have a brochure available with information about Caylix products, services, and our filtering systems. Feel free to pass it along to friends.

We have two signup forms available:
• Internet: this is for dialup/ADSL/Wireless connection packages that include our filter and email.
• Filter Box: this is for customers who are outside of our service area, and can NOT get a connection from us.

You only need to submit the appropriate signup form to us.
