Caylix Safe users: Add website to the whitelist

If you are aware of a site that is not available and you feel it should be made available for either yourself or others, please use this option to submit your information to our screening team. If the site is approved, it will be made available shortly thereafter.

Caylix Flexible users: Unblock a website

If a web page is incorrectly blocked, you can easily request it to be screened for unblocking. This must be done from the block page. If you do not receive a block page, please send an email to our filter team

All customers: Rescreen a site

If you are aware of a site that is currently not blocked and you feel that this site should not be accessible to Caylix users, please use this option to submit your information to our screening team. If the site is deemed inappropriate, it will be made unavailable shortly thereafter. If you find some particular words or phrases that should be blocked, kindly email the filter team as well.
