To better serve you, we have recently made some changes with our phone support. Our new help desk answers Caylix support calls 24 hours per day, and strives to answer all calls within 2 minutes.

Our helpdesk is happy to assist you with any internet related problems including email setup, dialup/adsl/wireless/filterbox/etc connectivity issues, and filter proxy setup. If in doubt, please just phone us and chose option 2 for support.

Site blocking/unblocking requests are escalated to the Caylix/Kliksafe site screening team for response.
