This means that (again) the Caylix office is offline. Our phones and office servers are online so you will not be able to contact us.

Our main servers in Vancouver are still online, which means that if your home or business has power, then you should have working internet.

January 26th, 10pm: Telus is currently having a major network outage in the Chilliwack area. This is affecting many of our ADSL clients, Chilliwack wireless clients, and also the phone lines at our office. Even the Shaw network is impacted. This started approximately 3:44pm today. There is no firm ETA on repair.

Apparently this outage is caused by a fire in Yarrow. It could be sometime tomorrow before everything is patched up.

Who would have thought that the fibre optic internet backbone is running through Yarrow??
