New Product Launch - Caylix Filter Stick

Caylix can now filter ANY internet connection! This includes the USB internet sticks and Air Cards that are available from Telus, Rogers, and Bell. That means there is no technical reason NOT to make the responsible choice of using Caylix as your filtered internet provider.

Enhanced helpdesk availability

To better serve you, we have recently made some changes with our phone support. Our new help desk answers Caylix support calls 24 hours per day, and strives to answer all calls within 2 minutes.

Caylix becomes AVG Authorized Reseller

We can now sell you any AVG product, including the new AVG Anti-Virus Version 9. We will simply add the cost of this to your next Caylix invoice which you already pay via Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) or cheque.

Server upgrades

Recently we installed two new servers. Each have two Intel QuadCore processors with 16 GB of RAM. We now have 7 physical servers and over 15 virtual servers, all working diligently to provide you with fast and efficient service.

The hard work of the Canadian Association of Internet Providers has paid off! Today, the Government of Canada has announced a new Electronic Commerce Protection Act (ECPA) to help combat spam problems including phishing, viruses, bank fraud, and so on.

Changes for dialup users

All of our dialup users are required to change their dialup username from @caylix.com to @caylix.ca. This is in response to problems caused by our dialup providers.
