What is the "after hours" support policy?

Our reception and office technician hours are clearly mentioned in the Support Center.

During regular office hours, we do our best to answer all calls immediately without putting you on hold. If we are on the other line, our receptionist will take your message and somebody will call you back asap.

After hours, our receptionist will answer your call. For home customers, she will take a message for office staff to deal with the next morning. If you are business customer and pay for extended support, then she will page the oncall technician to assist.

Emergencies - if multiple customers are calling about the same problem (eg no internet), then receptionist will page the oncall technician on 24 hour basis.

We are a small company and are doing our best to provide top class support in the time windows we mentioned. We do not have the resources to have staff available 24x7, and stretching our existing staff is bad for both our health and our families. We hope you can appreciate that.
