Changes for dialup users

All of our dialup users are required to change their dialup username from @caylix.com to @caylix.ca. This is in response to problems caused by our dialup providers.

The change is very easy for most users. When dialing into the local access number for dialup, simply change your username from @caylix.com to @caylix.ca, retype your password, and connect. No other changes to settings such as email address are required.

If you should require assistance with this change, feel free to give our helpdesk a call at 877-792-6563 (toll free).

Our apologies for the inconvenience; we normally would provide notice for such a change but the sudden cancellation of @caylix.com by our providers caught us of guard.
